Application Deadline: Operationalizing DEIA Peer Learning Cohort

FreeApply to participate in a FREE Operationalizing DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access) Peer Learning Cohort hosted by the Santa Barbara Foundation in partnership with i3 Institute.
Facilitators will usher participants through guided discussions and protocols to then be taken back and used with local teams. The monthly sessions will discuss insights and challenges including:
What is DEIA-based leadership? Create collaborative core value definitions amongst participants.
Why DEIA matters. Develop a democratically designed purpose statement.
Where are our DEIA assets & opportunities? Gather baseline evidence for data-informed decision making.
Who are our DEIA champions & allies? Charter internal agency-culture keepers who help hold the organization accountable.
When to move the DEIA needle, when to pause. Thinking takes time. Testing takes action.
How we put DEIA in action this year. Peer-to-peer learning presentations and celebration.
The course requires a commitment of six, monthly meetings (approx. 2-hours each) taking place on Tuesday mornings from 10am to Noon starting March 28th through August 22nd, 2023.
There are a limited number of seats so please apply before March 23nd to be considered. It is strongly encouraged that two people participate from your organization.
