You are invited to join us on October 20th – 22nd for our Central Coast Community Organizer Training in partnership with CAUSE and The McCune Foundation!

We aim to build the capacity of local organizations in Santa Maria and Santa Barbara Counties that incorporate power-building community organizing strategies into their work for systemic structural change and deepen relationships among local organizers. 

By attending our 3-day workshop, participants will strengthen their understanding of how grassroots organizing can shift structures of power and racial injustices. They will also gain tangible skills, including conducting effective community outreach, developing strategic campaigns, training grassroots leaders, and crafting persuasive messages.
